A performer and Pilates instructor currently based in New York, I was a military kid who lived in Rhode Island, Virginia and South Carolina before settling in New Jersey. I studied several dance styles for years and then primarily focused on ballet, having studied with the Pennsylvania Ballet in high school and then the American Ballet Theatre.  I graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Classical Ballet Performance, with an Outside Field in Nutrition Science.

Professionally, I've enjoyed working on a wide variety of projects that allowed me to showcase my versatility as a performer. I began as a dancer for the Boston Celtics during their 2008 Championship season, and have since been a Rockette at Radio City Music Hall. More recently, I toured the country with the 1st National Tour of the Tony Award winning musical, Memphis, and performed Savion Glover's tap choreography on Broadway in Shuffle Along, or, the Making of the Musical Sensation of 1921 and All That Followed, starring Tony winners Audra McDonald, Brian Stokes Mitchell and Billy Porter.  My previous commercial work included dancing for New York Fashion Week and a feature role in a national commercial for Target.

I am a classical Pilates instructor with 10 years of teaching experience.  Working as a Senior Instructor, I have taught private sessions and group classes at Equinox Fitness Clubs in Boston, Washington, D.C. and New York City.  I am certified through Power Pilates, and have worked with a wide variety of clients, ranging in age from 11-85.  My passion is helping people understand and strengthen their bodies from a focused, smart and effective approach. Lately, I've enjoyed teaching at various studios in NYC, and training private clients either at their work or home gym. I'm available for private and group classes in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.
